These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute the player agreement sweepstakes participants accept when they access or use StormRush. This document governs your use of the StormRush website, games, Gold Coins, and Sweeps Coins, and it explains the rules, restrictions, and legal commitments that apply to every account holder. No purchase necessary to play or win. By creating an account or using any part of StormRush, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

You and StormRush each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding of any kind.

Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under a recognized set of consumer arbitration rules, and any award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. If any portion of this arbitration clause is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force, and the parties will pursue the dispute in a court of competent jurisdiction limited to individual, non-class claims.

Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are not currency, securities, or property of any kind. They represent a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to participate in StormRush games, granted solely for entertainment purposes.

This license does not confer ownership, and Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins have no cash value, cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or exchanged between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where Sweeps Coins are eligible for prize redemption under the published redemption rules and where legally permitted.

StormRush may modify, suspend, or terminate the token framework, adjust the license granted to players, or discontinue any coin type at its discretion, without creating any obligation to compensate players for unused balances beyond what applicable law requires.

Attempting to assign, sell, or transfer this license outside the platform, or to represent Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins as having monetary value, is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

Account Security and Profile Administration

Each player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account, whether or not authorized.

You agree to use a unique, secure password, to avoid sharing login information with any third party, and to notify StormRush promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Only one account is permitted per person, household, and IP address unless expressly authorized in writing. Profile information, including your name, date of birth, and contact details, must remain accurate and current at all times.

StormRush may require re-verification of account details periodically and may place holds on accounts pending confirmation of identity, ownership, or eligibility.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

StormRush prohibits any activity intended to manipulate, exploit, or defraud the platform or other players. Violations may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of coin balances, or permanent termination.

Creating or controlling multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or promotions.
Using bots, scripts, emulators, or automated tools to interact with games.
Exploiting software errors, glitches, or payment-processing irregularities for personal gain.
Providing false identity, age, or location information during registration or verification.
Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
Engaging in money laundering, chargeback abuse, or other financial fraud through the platform.

StormRush reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, withhold pending redemptions during an investigation, and cooperate with law enforcement or payment partners where appropriate.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All StormRush trademarks, logos, game designs, software, and site content are owned by or licensed to the company operating StormRush and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in that content.

If you submit feedback, reviews, forum posts, or other contributions to StormRush, you grant the company operating StormRush a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the platform.

You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute any part of StormRush’s software or content without prior written permission.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

StormRush relies on third-party infrastructure, network connectivity, and software systems that may occasionally experience outages, maintenance windows, or technical errors beyond the company’s control.

StormRush does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for lost gameplay opportunities, delayed redemptions, or unsaved progress resulting from outages, server errors, or scheduled maintenance.

If a technical malfunction affects game results, coin balances, or promotional entries, StormRush reserves the right to void affected rounds, correct balances, and restore accounts to their pre-malfunction state.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StormRush and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

The aggregate liability of the company operating StormRush for any claim relating to these Terms or your account shall not exceed the value of Sweeps Coins eligible for redemption on your account at the time the claim arose, where such a cap is permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company operating StormRush from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

Termination and General Provisions

StormRush may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature survive, including the arbitration clause, liability limitations, and indemnification provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid.
